Our customer survey revealed generally high satisfaction with the BenefitsGuide application but some challenges in customizing the Salesforce Platform. The main issue seems to be that while Salesforce can be customized to solve for virtually any business requirement, the time and technical know-how required often becomes a roadblock.
Anything is possible with BenefitsGuide and Salesforce. Our customers have great ideas. There are countless different ways that BenefitsGuide can be customized.
